Refund Policy

We want you happy with what you bought. This page explains exactly how refunds work for each of our services. OCAI Solutions is a sole proprietorship based in Orange County, California.

1. AI Website Rescue ($197) — Full Money-Back Guarantee

The AI Website Rescue carries a full, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the audit deliverables for any reason, you are entitled to a full refund of $197.

How to request a refund

• Reply to the email containing your audit deliverables, or email ocaisolution@gmail.com from the same address you ordered from.
• Include the words "refund" or "money back" — that's it.
• Send your request within 30 days of receiving the audit.

How fast you get your money back

• We process refunds within one business day of receiving the request.
• Stripe typically returns funds to your card within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
• The full $197 is refunded — we do not deduct payment processing fees.

What happens to the deliverables

You're welcome to keep the Google Doc and the Loom video. We don't ask you to delete or return anything; refunding the purchase is enough for us.

2. Custom Projects (Outreach Engine, Workflow Automation)

Custom-quoted engagements are governed by the refund and milestone terms set out in your individual proposal. Because these projects involve substantial up-front discovery and build work, refund policies vary by scope.

In general:

• Work completed and delivered before a cancellation is non-refundable.
• Unstarted milestones are fully refundable.
• If we cannot deliver a milestone as scoped, we will either revise the scope or refund the milestone fee — your choice.

If you have questions about the refund terms in a specific proposal before you sign, ask. We'd rather clarify up front than negotiate later.

3. Disputes and Chargebacks

Before filing a chargeback with your bank, please email us. In nearly every case we'd rather refund you on the spot than fight about it. Chargebacks cost us extra processing fees and waste both of our time.

If you file a chargeback without contacting us first and we have already delivered the audit or completed milestone work, we may dispute the chargeback with documentation. If the chargeback is upheld, you may not be eligible to purchase from us again.

4. Exceptions

Refunds are not available where:

• The customer has materially misrepresented the website or business at the time of order (for example, ordering an audit for a site they do not own without permission).
• The customer has redistributed or resold the deliverables in violation of our Terms of Service.
• The request is filed more than 30 days after delivery.
