This Privacy Policy describes how OCAI Solutions ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit ocaisolutions.com (the "Site") or purchase a service. OCAI Solutions is a sole proprietorship based in Orange County, California.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide

• Contact information — your name, email address, business name, and the URL of the website you'd like audited, when you contact us or place an order.
• Payment information — billing details collected and processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; Stripe sends us only a transaction record (last four digits, transaction ID, amount).
• Project content — any documents, credentials, or materials you share with us in the course of an engagement.

Information collected automatically

• Server logs — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps. Used for security and to understand site traffic.
• Cookies — the Site uses minimal first-party cookies for basic session functionality. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or trackers.

2. How We Use Information

• To deliver the services you've purchased.
• To communicate with you about your order, project status, or follow-up questions.
• To process payments via Stripe.
• To improve our services, debug issues, and prevent abuse.
• To send occasional updates about new services, only if you've opted in.

3. AI Providers

To deliver our services, we send portions of your website content (such as scraped homepage text, headlines, and metadata) to third-party AI model providers. As of this writing, we use Anthropic (Claude) for content generation. These providers process the content under their own published terms and data-handling policies. We do not authorize them to use your content for training their models, to the extent their terms allow that election.

We do not send the following to any AI provider without explicit prior agreement: customer lists, financial records, employee data, or any information you flag as confidential.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

• Service providers who help us operate (Stripe for payments, Google Workspace for email and document delivery, Loom for video walkthroughs, AI model providers for content generation, our domain and hosting providers).
• Legal authorities if required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
• A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of the business — in which case you'll be notified.

5. Data Retention

We retain your contact information and project records for as long as needed to provide our services and comply with our legal obligations (typically up to seven years for financial records). You can request deletion at any time — see "Your Rights" below.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal information we have about you.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of your information (subject to our legal retention obligations).
• Opt out of marketing communications.

California residents (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete it, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Our Site and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
